My Catalog vs. Shared With Me

The dashboard shows two separate views of your compositions — My Catalog for works you created, and Shared With Me for compositions where you are a collaborator. Here is the difference and how to switch between them.

Last updated August 22, 2026

My Catalog

My Catalog shows the compositions you created or manage in MRP. From this view you can see Passport Scores, writer and publisher summaries, locked/submitted/registered lifecycle information, readiness prompts, and private earnings indicators. Summary cards reflect the works available to your account.

Shared With Me

Shared With Me shows compositions where another creator has added you as a contributor. You can review the Passport, take actions on your own invitation or publishing question, follow discussions, and track status. Creator-only actions such as locking and registration authorization remain with the composition creator.

Switching between views

Use the catalog toggle in the dashboard toolbar to switch between My Catalog and Shared With Me. The active view determines which compositions appear in the list and which filters apply. Filters and search terms are applied independently within each view.

Publisher and administrator view

If your account is registered as a publisher or catalogue administrator, you may also see compositions in your catalog that include works where your associated party holds confirmed publisher claims. These appear in addition to compositions you created, giving you a unified view of all works in your portfolio.
